. Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
. Ensure all information pertaining to reservations is properly entered into the system on a timely manner.
. Assist to check on room availability.
. Process and monitor advance deposits/prepayment on reservations.
. Prepare invoices and sending confirmation details to customers.
. Help to maximise room sales by up-selling.
. Manage group reservation and rooming list.
. Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by the Manager
. Attained minimum NITEC or higher qualification.
. Preferably have working experiences in the hospitality or travel industry.
. Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
. Able to multi-task and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
. Knowledge of using Opera Cloud PMS will be an added advantage.
