Enhancing Awareness for a Greener Future

• To cultivate a culture of environmental responsibility within the organisation, we encourage climate awareness among staff through an e-learning platform focused on global warming and climate change.
• Our hotels encourage guests to participate in eco-friendly practices by promoting sustainability through everyday choices. We offer linen changes every other day and select toiletries upon request.

Employment Practices

• We uphold fair and inclusive employment practices by complying with local labour laws and the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices. This ensures that recruitment is based on merit and free from discrimination related to age, race, gender, religion, marital status, family responsibilities, or disability.
• By creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with special needs and those seeking second chances, we promote inclusive hiring through partnerships with organisations such as Metta School, Yellow Ribbon Project, APSN Delta Senior School, and SG Enable.
• Our initiative to pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers is recognised through the Progressive Wage (PW) Mark accreditation from the Singapore Business Federation.
• Delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences lies at the heart of what we do. In recognition of this, nearly 100 of our staff have been honoured with the Excellent Service Award (EXSA), which is administered by the Singapore Hotel Association (SHA) alongside five other leading industry bodies, with support from Enterprise Singapore.
• Exemplary service and gracious conduct are the cornerstones of our workplace culture. Our staff lead by example and encourage their colleagues to foster a more pleasant and compassionate society. This commitment has resulted in our receiving the National Kindness Award – Service Gold Star from the Singapore Kindness Movement.
